Short Single Ended Synthetic Dreadlocks – Backcombed Extensions by DreadLab
Add instant texture and bold style with DreadLab’s Short Synthetic Dreadlock Extensions. Each dreadlock is crafted from high-quality synthetic fibre using a backcombing and twisting technique that creates a tight, uniform, and well-defined finish.
These dreadlocks are firm when new — helping them hold their shape during installation — but they soften and become more flexible with wear for a more natural feel. Their tapered ends give each piece a clean, finished look.
At approximately 30 cm long and 1–1.5 cm wide, they’re shorter and thicker than standard synthetic dreadlocks — perfect for achieving a compact or partial dreadlock style.

Installation Instructions:
1️⃣ Section a small amount of hair.
2️⃣ Using tweezers or a latch hook, pull the hair section through the dreadlock loop.
3️⃣ Slide the dreadlock to the scalp.
4️⃣ Split your hair into two strands and braid around the dreadlock.
5️⃣ Secure with a mini elastic band (available separately).
Maintenance Tips:
- Wash gently with DreadLab Dreadlocks Shampoo.
- To re-tighten, re-twist with gentle heat or use a crochet hook to tidy loose hairs.
- Handle carefully to maintain the backcombed texture and tapered finish.
