What are cookies and similar technologies?
Cookies are small files stored on your computer, phone or other device when you visit a website. They can remember information between pages or visits, such as the contents of your shopping basket or your privacy choices.
We also use technologies such as local storage, session storage, pixels and tags. These can store information on your device, read information from it or record interactions with the Website. References to cookies in this policy include these technologies where relevant.
The information involved may include browser or device identifiers, your IP address, pages and products viewed, referring websites, interactions with the Website and purchase events. Some of this information is personal information even if it does not include your name.

These support functions needed to provide services you request, such as maintaining your shopping basket, completing checkout, signing in, protecting transactions and remembering your cookie choices.
Where the relevant legal exception applies, these cookies do not require consent. They are not used as a substitute for consent to advertising or optional analytics.
Preferences and functionality
These help remember choices such as your country, currency or language and support features such as recently viewed products and personalised recommendations.

Analytics and performance

Services used on the Website
- Shopify and Shop Pay: support our online store, shopping basket, checkout, security and payment features. Shopify also provides analytics and, subject to the required choices, enhanced services through Shopify Network Intelligence. - CookieScript: provides our cookie banner and preference controls. Its CookieScriptConsent cookie remembers your selection. Our current configuration gives this cookie a lifetime of 30 days. See CookieScript’s Privacy Policy.
- Google: provides analytics and advertising services, including Google Analytics and Google Ads. Cookies may distinguish visits, maintain session information and measure advertising or purchase events. See Google’s information about cookies and Google’s Privacy Policy.
- Meta and TikTok: advertising technologies identified in our cookie declaration include Meta’s _fbp cookie and TikTok’s _ttp cookie. These support advertising measurement, attribution and personalisation, subject to consent.
- Other store features and payment providers: search, product recommendations, country selection, galleries and your selected payment method may involve additional cookies or browser storage. The applicable requirements depend on whether the technology is necessary for the service you request or is used for optional purposes.
Not every cookie is used on every visit. The technologies involved depend on the pages you visit, the features you use, your privacy choices and whether you interact with an external service.
Shopify Network Intelligence
Our store uses Shopify Network Intelligence. Shopify may combine information about your visits and purchases with information from your interactions with other merchants and Shopify to provide enhanced services, including personalisation and advertising.
Advertising based on those interactions is subject to the required consent. You can manage Website cookie choices using the controls below and exercise applicable choices directly with Shopify through its Privacy Portal. Manage your cookie choices
You can also reopen the settings using the cookie icon at the bottom-left of the Website.
- Choose “Accept all” if you wish to allow the optional categories shown.
- Choose “Decline all” to reject optional cookies.
- Use the category controls to select and save your preferences.
- Reopen the settings whenever you wish to change your selection or withdraw consent.
Simply visiting the Website, continuing to browse or closing the banner does not constitute consent to optional cookies. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
Your choices generally apply to the browser and device on which you make them. You may need to select them again after clearing cookies, using another browser or device, or visiting our separate German store.
Where applicable in your region, you can also use our Your Privacy Choices page for choices concerning the sale or sharing of personal information and targeted advertising. This is separate from your cookie-consent settings.
Cookie details and storage periods
Open the cookie settings and select “Show details” to view the cookie declaration. It contains information about identified cookies, their providers or domains, purposes and recorded lifetimes.
Session cookies normally expire when your browsing session ends. Persistent cookies remain until their expiry date or until you delete them. Some persistent cookies have their expiry renewed when the relevant service is used again, subject to your choices.
Cookie lifetimes are separate from the retention periods for information already collected through them. Deleting a cookie does not automatically delete information previously received by us or a provider. Our Privacy Policy explains data retention and how to exercise your rights.
Browser controls
Your browser settings usually allow you to view, block or delete cookies and other stored website data. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent the shopping basket, checkout, sign-in or other requested functions from working correctly.
Deleting cookies may also remove the record of your consent choices, so you may be asked to choose again. Browser “Do Not Track” settings are different from the Website’s consent controls and may not control every technology.

Personal information and international processing

Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services, technologies or legal requirements change. The latest version will appear on this page with an updated date. Where a change requires fresh consent, it must be obtained separately.
